Name: Robert Harvey

D.O.B: 06/01/1986

Nickname: Adventure mouse

Years of experience: Half a whole year

Standard of surfing: Mint!

Countries surfed: The almighty England

Best surfing experience: Actually got a very small barrel on Fistral beach that was pretty dam memorable especially because afterwards I had a great night in the pub talking about it with a few recently enrolled mates J .

Worst surfing experience: Feeling far too hung over!!!!!!!!! After going out for a night with Ant and it was not too bad surf that day, mistake.

Where I am from: Norfolk “an amazing place for surf!!!!!”

What I ride: six foot six inches, twenty inches wide and two and a half inches thick fish tail, for now!!! Hopefully getting a smaller short board soon.

Career aspirations: Now for the serious stuff I came on this course to completely change my way of living. What I used to do is be a plumber working for a local firm in Norfolk earning ok money living with my girlfriend Vicky “so not too bad you think” this is true I was happy but something was missing “ADVENTURE”. So what this course entitles me to do is: I originally thought I was going to just start up a surf school in New Zealand and have a nice life there but since I started I realised that there were so many opportunities I could take, I now plan to do an oceanography course and travel everywhere earning quite good money for seeing the world not bad at all hey! I have to say all this could not have been possible if it wasn’t for Vicky, cheesy but true J .

Thoughts on the course: All good to be honest teachers are top notch and that’s the most important thing learning lots also at the end of it you get some really good qualifications on the course.

Advice for possible applicants: Go for it apply! Everybody has a chance I had rubbish grades still got in because our star teacher Ellis knew I would work hard for it.
